My name is Amanda Major and I am an independent funeral celebrant. I will support and work with you to create a ceremony, personalised, to capture the special qualities and unique characteristics of your loved one.
There are so many options and choices. Some you might not even have thought of. I can offer suggestions and support throughout, if you wish.
Together with your chosen Funeral Director, we will guide you and support you throughout this difficult time in your lives.
I offer a range of services to suit your needs. Your time, your memories and your loved ones’ story will be treated with respect and care, always.
A civil funeral ceremony focuses on the wishes and beliefs of the person who has died, with an emphasis on the celebration of life.
This is a ceremony conducted, usually a couple of weeks, to years after the cremation of your loved one. Here the ashes of your loved one are buried in a designated area.
Similar to the interment of ashes ceremony, this is often done a few weeks or more following the funeral service. Some wish to have their ashes scattered at their favourite place.
